As of the end of September 2009, Microsoft has added support for the StartSSL root certificate (including enabling it for EV, if you have an EV StartSSL certificate).

Thanks m! Now it compiles and everything seems to work fine:) the only thing I would like to add is that when using your lib file in Win forms project there should be /clr option chosen.

Thanks for the instructions. I ended up having to download the drivers because I couldn’t find them on my own machine. Oracle’s got em at:
